Can not tell if this is part of the design or not.. also can't find a clear enough picture to see. Anyway any help would be great.

Slight die movement after the strike. This is a case of looking too hard. If it were a doubled die, then it would be enlarged. This isn't.

So it would be slight Machine Doubling. The die slightly bounced off during the strike.
