Can anyone let me know what day see... Or do I have anything/ The nose have some type of Symbol/ around the top of the quarter is smooth & One leg is flat in the other is round

To CCF! This is Post Strike Damage (it happened after it left the U.S. Mint). The rim has been pushed in, and the obverse was flattened with brutal force. It's a damaged coin worth face value.
