Any thoughts would help.. if its not directly a shelflike squared appearance then I start thinking it maybe something but always like a second opinion

Looks like Machine Doubling, since the devices are reduced in size, and it's shelflike (flat) in appearance.

Why is it Machine Doubling? Because nothing is enlarged. While the flat step like look isn't there, it is just not showing hub doubling. It is showing reduction from a die with normal size devices. (that area reduced)
