1985 LMC Reverse Cracked Stairs With Retained Internal Die Break?

Besides the crack on the stairs and to the rim on the reverse, the obverse has a very thin rim on the obverse on one side. Weird ugly texture on some of this coin.

Just a die crack. Very common on Memorial cents.
