Well, does it match any of the three known for that year...oh, what metal, 2 for copper, 1 for zinc:

Give ya a hint, the "doubling" you indicate I'm assuming under the T and then E is at the bottom of the device and is very pronounced...only a 001 has a linear separation on IGWT but in a westerly direction, not southern bound...

Note the normal size of the devices, and how the hub doubling enlarges even more.
