OP may be referring to the D.Chip on the rim to the left of L.

Well, it is not a chip but more of a space between "Liberty" and "We". Opposite to this space on the same head there is almost no border on the rim. This is no Post Mint Error because it is obvious that something was not aliened properly there. I did not say much because I assumed that the error was noticeable, nevertheless I need someone who may be familiar with such to bring some more light as to its rarity and possible value if any. Thanks guys for commenting and now as I have been more specific feel free to state your opinions.

I see where a tilted die created a fin, and what does look like a rim Cud at 9:00. Just can't tell for sure if the fin is flattened or if the rim Cud is part of the fin that wasn't flattened?
