I did actually know about that one and it being downgraded which is why I had said no MS 70 business strikes exist from PCGS as they currently don't. It is definitely a shame on that one developed issues later on as it was stunning for a while. It's not out of the question for another some day, but the chances are very small and I would think if anything it might be a dime if another comes out. I knew about this one as well, for a while now, but I didn't know that it was downgraded. The proof sets are often dirty on the inside. I hope the U.S. Mint will step up on their quality as well.
