USSID18, it is in a later PCI holder graded MS-65. I have read that PCI quality control is suspect, however in my humble opinion I think it makes the grade.

Don't know much about PCI. At this point it doesn't make much difference, it's still a beautiful coin! Thanks for the feedback.
