I know, not one of my usual Lincolns! But I pick up older copper coins when I get a chance and in the pile I bought on Saturday was this one that turned out to have a decent rotated die.

1826 classic head Half Cent rotated die +/- 50 degrees

Rotated dies occurred quite often at that time.
Maybe a slight premium but at that grade (IMO AG-03) nothing significant.

Thanks! And really good to know that these aren't super rare. Rotated dies aren't very collectible either way so I usually just card them and stick them in my collection anyway, but knowing that it adds no value in this case is quite helpful. The worse cases are things like my 1924-D rotated 23 degrees. Does that add value to a scarce coin or actually detract as folks don't like errors on their key coins...
