Hey Guys,
I was going through some old coin flips from my Grandfather and came across this 1964 Kennedy half dollar. I am wondering if it is the SMS Variety? Also for comparison I added a photo of another 1964 Kennedy half dollar, I would like to know why they both are allot different from each-other. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Looks like a normal Business Strike to me.

I doubt if your coin is one of these. Less than 100 were struck. They would be all VEDS examples. Here are a couple of markers for this die:
