I can't really see the die scratches in some of your pics and the rims look too rounded, especially on the obverse from 12 to 3 o'clock.

I'm not sure if this is a proof.

I'm not an expert on these and I only own (what I strongly believe is; and am in the process of getting grading) a 1910 matte proof, so I might be wrong.

I am curious to see what others think though.

Thank you for the feedback. I was considered about the rims as well, but have also seen several graded PR and the rims look rounded as well.

Doesn't look like a proof to me either. I guess there's only one way to find out, and proof or not, this is a tough coin that deserves a TPG holder. What's the downside?
