Hey guys! So yesterday I found a 1939 nickel in my pocket change... anyone have any idea of how much it's worth?

Without pictures I could only say five cents. If there is is anything unique about it that would go up in value.

The 1939 nickel is not "rare" by any means.

Worst case value is 7 cents (unless it is a cull or damaged coin).

Best case is it's a 1939 doubled die reverse in which it could be worth 20$ or more depending on condition.

Pictures of both sides of the coin would help.

Photos are very important to determine value of any coin .Must show front ,back and close ups .

1939P= 5 cents
1939D= $2
1939S= $2.50

All in average circulation grades... The 39D/S are key dates.
