Just a damaged mint mark with Post Strike Damage (it happened after it left the U.S. Mint).

@NC, I think that if the mm were actually doubled, then you would most likely be able to see it on the serifs too.

If it were a doubled die (RPMs ceased since 1990) the date would also be affected. It not, so with Die Deterioration or MD. No premium for this.
