Late die state obverse. Except for the rim bump by the 1st "T" in "STATES", the obverse rim has what I believe to be mint made Cuds. Portrait suffers from Die Deterioration but I believe coin is an XF-45.

XF-45. That "clown boot" at the bottom of the N does look a bit odd, and some of the other serifs also look like there's some extra metal. Does the bottom of the N look flattened in hand?
