Not a Doubled Die Obverse. That's Machine Doubling that you're seeing. Although, there has been one Doubled Die Obverse found this year, on a 2018 P LSC. varietyvista.com/01e%20LC%20Doubled%20Dies%20Vol%205/2018PDDO001%20cent.htm

I am sorry, but I do not agree, this can not be MD, very havy strike, similar to 2017 penny wddo-003,no damage whatsoever, not md.

Well I am sorry, but I don't think that it's a Doubled Die Obverse.

It's a very minor DDO. Extra thickness on LIBERTY, right side of the Y is slightly thicker, very slight notching on the bottom of the T and the Y. This one would probably be too minor to be listed.

Between Die Deterioration, Machine Doubling and circulation flattening, the devices are the same in size: Light and shadows and circulation makes this one pretty much normal.

I've even sent John Wexler a very minor 2018 P LSC Doubled Die, but he didn't list it. Luckily, I sent it with a bunch of other coins as well.

You said....thank you all guys. Sorry if I will be wrong, but I am sending it to WEXLER today, I will let you know, when it comes back. Question: What's a Wexler, and what can they do for you? Do they rate and evaluate coins for sale?

I am with Tanner on this. John may send it back as too minor to list. It may very well be the new year before you get it back.
I am just glad someone is going to send a 2018 in. I have a few different 2018 DDOs but do not see one to match this one.
