It's a novelty item of little interest to most collectors, who would regard it as a damaged coin due to the aftermarket plating.

Wasn't done at the Mint so can be classed as damaged.
These after market plated coins destroy any real value
of the coin to a collector.

By the "COA" (private issue of course...) It was "issued by an insurance company, an ad campaign during the "celebration" that wasn't a celebration.... It is a type 2 looks like, Philly mint made in late 1975 through 76. Plated a beat up Ike too...

Your coin does not have the "S" MM, I don't think it's Silver.
