Looks like a combo of DDD and MD to me. Obv is LDS with die chips

As said, you have slight Machine Doubling that caused the devices to be reduced in size. The devices have also been nicked as well, from coin contact.

Nothing appears enlarged. MD reduces the devices. That is what I see on this coin n.
