Maybe on ebay to some unsuspecting newbie, but post BEP errors often turn newcomers away from the hobby. I'd either keep it as a conversation piece, or spend it. Edited for spelling

I enlarged that area and yes I can see the remainder of a "3"...looks like the area was rubbed...maybe with a solvent.
