I believe that this is a multiple error penny. It has a weight of 2.2 grams, and is very thin. Can anyone identify these 1990-Multiple-Error-Penny
.
Rest in Peace

Better pix please!

All I can see is a "road-rashed" or "zinc-bubbled" coin, neither of which is a Mint error, didn't come this way, happened in circulation which isn't an Error coin.

To the CCF

As stated, it can only be an error if something happened during the
striking of the coin. As what you have is impossible to have happened
at that time, it is just considered as damage.
Also please when posting photos, show both sides of the coin.

To CCF! As said, it's just a damaged coin. It's Post Strike Damage ( PSD), meaning that it got damaged after it left the U.S. Mint.

@MaryG, first welcome to CCF. The only thing that I would add to what is stated above is that you mentioned that the coin is underweight, but the scratches shown wouldn't typically account for such a loss of material. Can you please post in-focus pics of both sides of this coin (and while you are at it, double-check that your scale is accurate with another post-1982 cent)? Thx.
