How jealous am I... !! Great coin Giljan!! 1789 - Liard/Oord of Joseph II - Brabant - Austrian Netherlands "AD USUM" type. Brussels mint, 22.5mm copper coin 640k mintage. EF sharpness, struck from rusty dies. Ref: KM #30, Vanhoudt 857 I will take better pictures when it is here! I snagged this 2001-P PROOF-LIKE Vermont Quarter as soon as I saw it. Hard to believe it's a Philly strike. NGC has graded a total of 7 as PL, with the highest being a lone 68. There are 5 in 67PL and one 66PL.    And here is my ordinary BU Philly issue for comparison:  Edited by Darth Morgan

@dorado - one of my favorite seriess - wish coins were made this beautifully nowadays.

2019 Australia 5 dollars -- The Sun. Last of the Earth and Beyond series. I'm a little sad that they won't be producing any more. I was looking forward to seeing Saturn.   |
