Is this the real deal or is this a 40 Thieves fake?

Looks okay to me, but I'd want close-up pics before spending that kind of money on it.

Probably OK, but the rim issues greatly diminish the value (and appeal).

To me I would be probably pass on this. The rims look too thick and the location of the mintmark is in the wrong location. Compare it to this known coin.

^ they did hand punch the mint marks back then, so position can vary. For comparison, here's my 1860-O from my 7070. It came from an Anacs details slab as it has had a cleaning in it's past.

This is the most common No Motto Seated dollar, with more than one MM position. This coin is legit, though clearly a details example.

If you enjoy headaches, then buy it. It looks close enough from those pics. My suggestion would be to save up some money to purchase a graded example and avoid potential headaches. You'll sleep better at night.

All of the coins presented look genuine (although 3 of 4 have problems.) The 1894-O is the only coin that looks like an original piece, around AU50 or so. The SLD has rim damage, and the other two Morgans have been cleaned; the '92-S also has three deep scratches across the obverse.
If that 1894-O is problem-free in hand, it's a good buy at the price given; the others are no-go (the 1860-O is a bit high, but the 1892-S and 1878-CC are ridiculous.)
