Hi. I had got this 2009 P William Henry Harrison Presidential dollar. I didn't really look at till I got home. I can't tell if he was at a party or part of a craft project, because it looks like glitter is on the front but I am not sure that it what it is.

To the CCF.

You are going to have to supply much better pictures before
anyone can tell you anything. We need to see the detail.
Also both Obverse and Reverse are required.

Please Take a new picture with better quality (focus) It will be more easier to help you.(both sides :obverse/reverse)

Can't see what happened, but it is not something that happened at the mint. Looks altered. (He probably didn't vote for him)

Here is another picture of the 2009P William Henry Harrison. I looked at it under a Illuminated Adjustable Loupe and the sparkles are over lapping different hexagon shapes.

Definitely just some type of gunk, maybe glue? It's not an error by any means, as this happened after it left the U.S. Mint (it's impossible for this to happen at the Mint).
