At the announced issue price, it has no appeal to me, especially since the ASE is not unique to the set, and is of unlimited mintage. Instead, I purchased a 2017-S PCGS PF-69 DCAM First Strike off of ebay for $79 (with free shipping). Now THAT seems like a better value to me. The seller had 2 of them, so I got them both.

Yup...same comments in the thread dedicated to this set....and...about that label. It is not from the LE Proof set..just, appropriately, labeled as a limited edition ASE from SF Mint

The LE set label is this one and sells for a tad more:

These were only available in the LE proof sets and the congratulations sets. All the TPG ones I have seen either identify as such, so my guess is that LE and LE Proof designations were used interchangeably by PCGS, unless, of course, a raw coin just gets the LE designation. It doesn't matter to me, I buy the coin and at $79 could not pass it up especially with such a small mintage of only 125,000.

I've also noticed they seem to be drying up at typical resellers such as APMEX and MCM, so that indicates they are becoming well distributed.
