Likely circulation wear to my eye - the diagonal toning strip on the obverse is somewhat of a distraction.
Could also be MS-something ... impossible to grade these from photographs.

I'm going to say MS-64 or 65...I am basing that off the fact that you probably wouldn't buy an AU Washington/Carver commemorative, PCGS slabbed, and post it here.

Hard to tell if there's any wear...Carver's head looks too smooth...lots of scratches...AU55.
