This coin was first tossed over in the Error Forum to get some insight about the AMERICA on this coin. You can read about it here: https://goccf.com/t/32985.

I find these tough to grade. I have looked at probably over 100 of these in the past few months and to me this has less wear than most and appears to be a very original coin to me! Now I would like to know what you all think about the grade?

I'd call it VF. I first thought it was grease on the dies, but with the right leaves being weak as well, I would guess the planchet was thin in that area. The green suggests PVC. I would boil it in acetone.

This does look like it could use some acetone. I can't tell if there's any rub, so it might be a low grade Mint State based on level of luster.

If you soaked it in acetone how long should you leave it in?

I left it in exactly 24 hours. I'll take some pix and put them up when my wife gets back with the camera.
