found 4 of them in the same roll of unc 1964 d and the marks are raised off the field with a weight of 3.1

Looks like die gouges, but not from feeder fingers to me.

Nice gouges but not from feeder fingers. Feeder finger gouges would all be parallel to each other and , during this era , would be located on the reverse of the coin

Feeder Finger Damage is done to the die face and will appear as raised lines on the coin.
