I have been learning and researching it , but I was curious if someone could spend a few minutes and identify any AH-HA's that may be included in this list. These coins were given to me recently, and I've identified some obvious ones, but there may be others I just don't have the expertise to identify yet. Why not try to grade them. Since they were given to you and you are asking generally a beginner question. Do not clean these coins! Here are two links I think are great for beginners. https://www.PCGS.com/photograde/ For grading and http://numismedia.com/rarecoinprices/fmv.shtml For values ( Not carved in stone but a fair idea ) You have a 1916 D Mercury dime? The "Ah ha" for me obviously would be the 1913 Indian Gold $5.00 coin, but you could have others that are more valuable than that. It all depends on the grade. But while you have a couple of coins that have nice premiums the whole collection depends on the grade and condition of all your coins . You'll have to supply us with some photos of a couple of your prize coins including the 16-D and 21-P Mercury dimes . Report this Post to the Staff

You would really have to find out the grades of those coins. Even a more common date could be worth a lot of money if a real high grade. Report this Post to the Staff
