Cherrypicked a 1909 VDB DDO-001 a while back and when I took a look at the die markers I noticed that the thing had an actual Retained Cud on the upper left wheat. JC just listed it as RCD-1C-1909-06R V.D.B
The interesting part is that just after Stage C on these coins, which lists the upper die crack as a die marker and still only in EMDS, the reverse die was changed (Stage D). So probably there was a short run when the coin went from crack to Retained Cud to whatever caused them to change what otherwise looks like a pretty good reverse die.
Displacement is at the north connection to the rim and at the north connection to the wheat , even though that spot at the wheat is partially disguised by the die chip
There is also displacement on the lower contacts, but JC vetted and listed the coin so I wasn't thinking to go into a "is it or isn't it" discussion. The expert has already ruled on it in my opinion.
