1985 LMC. What Type Of These Error? Wavy Step? Helps Please

I remember I have read some where online about this error. They say seem like Abe sitting on the fence. But I am not sure this is the one. Any opinion ?

Never heard of that one but doesn't mean it's not true.
Looks like abrasion marks from trying to remove a clash. Appears to be remnants of the clash in the bay West of Abe.

Looks like heavy die polishing, most likely to remove a clash, caused it.
