Appears to be Raised Wavy Upper and Lower Steps on the Memorial of Reverse? The letters in "America" on Reverse appear to be chopped on an angle at the top letter "R"? The Letter "E" after "M" is also missing the center portion of the "E"? Grease Filled? What year could this be? Any thoughts? Thanks.
Yes looks to be a grease-filled die. I'll let the others confirm, but my suspicion is that there is enough design missing with this one that it would be worth a premium over face value.

I'm not seeing wavy steps on this one. Wavy steps can be under the left or right side of the columns: Right side under the Memorial column: Left side: In order to be a wavy step, the tail lines will form on one side or the other.
Ok thanks Coop. I thought the Third Step from the Bottom near the center portion of the Memorial exhibited a Raised Waviness surrounded by Grease Fill but wasn't sure.
