Cartoonish calligraphy and rough fabric. Compare this genuine example which went unsold in 2012 against a presale estimate of £1,500,000-2,000,000 in Baldwin's Islamic Coin Auction 19, lot 17: https://www.sixbid.com/browse.html?...8&lot=320587. It seems very lucrative for forgers to fake such coin and specially since it is just characters and no image so it shouldn't be as hard a a roman or Greek coin to mimic it.
