They all seem to be artificially plated.

Well they were in a case. Mint Mark set..So unless someone made plastic coated steel pennies in mint set cases then they are steel coins they even have a little rust on them. I have a bag full of steel coins and no, none of which look this shiny...If the pic seems a lil blurry ..put your glasses on might help... The Philadelphia coin (first coin in blurry pic #1)the reverse..(blurry pic #2) is slightly tilted to the left...

I've seen these sets of plated steel cents before. They we altered after the strike. No premium for these to a true coin collectors. Rubes buy them. But once a coin is replated, they are not original coins anymore.

@ Star2313 , I have my glasses on , thank you . Your 1943 -D looks reprocessed ,( replated ) the P & S looks like they could be original . Either way non of them are proofs . Non made that year .
