My niece thinks there is an over strike or something on the 92 in 1926. I do see something not sure if it is anything, but I told her I would ask. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like the top of the 6 took some sort of circulation hit that pushed up the tail a bit.

If it were a double strike, why would just one area be affected?
The dies then were not having a Re-Punched-Date issue as that ended with the 19th century.
Some dies are hubbed with two different year hubs but that ended in 1943.
So it would not be a punching issue, striking issue. More like the die was damaged a bit between the digits if the area in question is raised like the other digits. Or if you are looking at the grime on the digits, it could be something on the coin. So it depends, but nothing really having a premium jumps out at me right now.
