I went through my change today and found some "interesting " coins. I'd love for someone to educate me more about what I've got. I can't seem to figure out how to post pictures on here from my phone.

If someone can provide their email, I could email my pictures to them. I'm really interested in a particular penny I got. The writing on it is barely visible anymore and I'm curious to find out if it's an error coin or if someone polished it really good

@rookie, first welcome to CCF. Second, here is a link to the tutorial for uploading your pics to this thread. It can take a little getting used to, but the photo optimizer works really well. That is the best way for us to be able to help you.

@rookie, ok great--thanks for posting your pics. Would you mind describing what you see as an error? I don't see anything leaping out at me, although I do see some circulation wear and partial flattening of some of the letters in the inscriptions.

1985 dimes look like that on many of them. Many posts already on the forum about this issue.

1982 Quarters had an issue with the master hub that was spreading. We have seen this discussion before as well.
