I would post the front and back of the coin latter. But base on the picture, do you think that it is a double die ?

Not a Doubled Die. That's just well placed damage under the date, caused by Post Strike Damage ( PSD).

The devices would be enlarged. You are looking at the edges of the devices. Coin contact and Machine Doubling affect those areas. You need to look at the center of the devices to see if they are enlarged. Like this example:
