Note how all the affected areas are reduced by the bounce of the die after the strike. Great example, but not a doubled die. It is an altered strike of a normal die.
The mint mark is also Machine Doubling. Again note, how the affected area is flat, shelf like, reduced. A RPM would be larger than a normal mint mark.
As I mentioned about enlarging of the devices. Note a big DDR for this year: Note how much larger the devices are on a doubled die. Machine Doubling reduces the size of normal devices. Note the centers of the closed devices. ('A & R') That shows you how much the devices are enlarged.
