The devices are reduced in size, so it's Machine Doubling. I think you might have some Die Deterioration Doubling as well that made this a little bit confusing.

I don't see the devices reduce size ...I know Coop show some DD look like this..I will look in too his post about MD that have many pic that I could compare. This one really interesting to find down clearly

Its MD Bate. Look at the bottom of the devises, they are flat and are shelflike.

Also look at the tops, you can where they were distorted. So it is the edges of the devices that area affected which = MD. Note on the bottom of the 'O' on ONE. See how the metal is pushed upwards on that lower area? (imagine using a snow plow, the snow getting pushed, doe it stay the same height? Not is pushes upwards) That is what I see there. MD can actually affect devices unequally.

Even though they are very close to each other, each device is showing a different amount of MD.
A doubled die mostly shows the same affect on several devices:
