The Blue arrow is MD but the Red Arrow I do not think it MD? What do you think?

Your blue arrows are definitely MD. The red arrows might be Die Deterioration.

The doubling on the ear is in the same direction as the MD, so it is likely just MD.

with Tanman. All MD. I posted earlier this week about a 74D LMC with pretty much the same thing except the ear on the one I posted about was moved even further than the one on your cent.
