this was my only Purchase from the Bryan College station coin show (Texas)Of all the 2 Cents available it was the highest grade which does not say much.

What grade would you call this.

I see this one as a strong EF in terms of wear. "WE" is quite strong; even AU coins do not always show WE this clearly. I like the overall look, maybe because the two-tone color is unusual for a 2-cent piece. There is a hint of granularity in the fields and along the edges of the motto ribbon. There are two distinct pits at the top right end of the reverse wreath. I'd say EF-45 detail, with light (but unfortunate) corrosion.

I agree with the EF-45 details based on the strength of the WE, the horizontal shield lines, and the reverse ribbon details.

VF may be an appropriate "net grade."
