Most collectors, unless it is a rare banknote, prefer their notes in at least UNC condition. Something that circulated doesn't have much Value over face. Report this Post to the Staff

For my collection, I will only keep it if it's in good condition, and has a minor crease, or no crease. Still cool finding a binary. Keep looking! I have a wild finds box and that would certainly meet my criteria to keep. I do this more to start conversations and at some point try to use the notes in there as a hook to garner some interest in the hobby from family and friends.
