https://www.ebay.com/itm/1922-norma...100008.m2219What does she mean by her description? "Gave only too veterans, most of the high relief coins were all melted down but 12 survived two only have been found and here's a third, givin to me by an old war veteran and appraised but not minted yet, must meet in person for pick up. has not been graded nor certified, excellent condition." It looks like your standard cull Peace dollar that sells for $18.

Some people are just delusional. There is a lot of them, too.

Believe it or not, last week I saw an ebay add for a coin priced at $10,000,000! I can't remember what it was. It was certainly a rarity, but nothing particularly famous. Showed it to my wife, we laughed about it and I forgot about it until reading this post.

removed by sellera) Raw coins can't be listed for a price over $2,500. b) Coin listings can not have images that are dark or out of focus. c) Misidentified as high relief since none were struck in Denver. d) ebay is not interested in sellers that embellish their listings with things like claims of who gave it to them, how many have been found, whether or not is has been appraised, etc.

Quote: a) Raw coins can't be listed for a price over $2,500. Is that on US ebay? It certainly doesn't apply in the UK! I'd love to see some of the outrageous things like circulated Battle of Hastings 2106 50p coins for £2,000,000 taken off ebay!

Gone now so we will never know if it would have sold for that.
