1966 Satin Finish Roosevelt Dime - Coin Community Forum

Rubicon16 New Member United States 1 Posts	Posted 11/25/2018 8:20 pm I recently found a 1966 satin Roosevelt dime in excellent shape. Have not been able to find one online. Has anyone ever seen one of these coins before. 1966 no mint mark and clearly a satin finish. Report this Post to the Staff

coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 11/25/2018 8:40 pm Did you look under SMS (Special Mint Sets)? They were made from 1965-1967 as a replacement for proof coins that year from San Francisco. All Coins those years had business strikes and SMS sets, but none had mint marks those years.
