I hope the pics are good enough, basically this is a really clean coin with three bag marks on the lower right bell. What do you guys think it would grade? Thanks

Frosty mint luster but I see more issues than just 3 bag marks . Coin has numerous light scratches both sides . I'm pretty sure it has FBL's . Holds at MS-64 .

Wouldn't the damage to the upper bell lines affect FBL status?
