OK the first picture shows a die chip on the roof line
and the secound picture shows another coin with out it.

I was playing with my microscope and found this

It is a die chip not a Cud.

Can you see the die chip on the drain pipe?

Neither of your coins are Cuds,they are both die chips.
Check the glossary about Cud.

Yep - those are die chips, not Cuds. Cuds involve the rim.
