What area do you see as being doubled?
Hard to tell from those pictures but
it just looks like a worn Lincoln Cent.

If you are talking about the curved area on the reverse through the left wheat stalk, that is just damage.

Looks damaged from having a another coin hot on the reverse leaving the rim incuse mark and flattening the obverse devices. Not a doubled die or a double strike. A double strike would show on both sides and the first strike would be almost removed.

Yours is just a damaged coin, probably placing two coins together between a couple of 2X4's and smacked with a large hammer.
