Agree you need to take the pics straight above the coin and please crop to size, this is the only way we can see what's going on.

Pics still need to be a bit bigger. But I see a bad case of gas bubbles which is bad.

I do see some plating bubbles.
Not an error but still worth 1cent.

Looks like it was warmed up and it affected the plating. Not like with a torch, but maybe boiled or heated on a burner on an electric stove. (just a theory, I wouldn't torture a coin like that) It was altered. Pressing down on the bubbles, they should give.
