here is an other one out of the same. looks die cracked , but lower part looks like something else. any help.

@CM, you have posted very nice pics, which really helps. The linear feature above the letter T is definitely a gouge in the coin--you can see the underlying zinc core at the bottom of the trough and some metal has been pushed up on either side. The other linear feature isn't quite as clear to me, but I'd strongly lean toward that being a scratch on the coin as well.

Looks more like coin damage. If it were a struck through wire issue, the two would connect and probably not be showing the zinc. Note how the gray area looks like a flat instead of rounded area? That tells me it was made with a box cutter blade.

Thrse are all scratches unfortunately. It's Post Strike Damage ( PSD), not an error unfortunately. One scratch was so deep, to the point that the Zinc core got exposed.
