It looks like MD. If you would please post clear pics of both obverse and reverse and also take pics of IGWT as well as the date and the word LIBERTY.

To CCF! It's not a Doubled Die unfortunately. That's Machine Doubling, because the letters have been reduced in size and have been shaved down. The size has been decreased.

The big one is huge:

As mentioned Machine Doubling. MD was very common on the 1968-1972 cents. (all mints) Even the Big DDO had more with MD and DDO than most people would like to have:
