This is the first time that I've come acrossed something like this before. Is this a known error in coins or just a damaged coin of some sort? Any feedbacks will be much appreciated.... thanks

This may have been a struck through debris that was on the rim, now on the '6'. (indented area on rim)

Yes could be @coop, although it could also just be a small die chip on that number 6, right?

I bet you can see under it? That is what I;m seeing. On a die chip you can not see under it because part of the die would have to break off.

I agree with struck through and a slight MAD.

Ok yes I see what you are talking about--the edge of that object is pretty visible, which suggests that it is on top of the coin rather than an integral part of it. Thx!

Is that thing at the 9 raised? If it is, then it might be a Die Chip.
