This coin caught my attention because of the "Liberty" at an angle, It looks like there are two separate "I"'s is this due to heavy MD or is this a DD?!?

On "LIBERTY", that was caused by Machine Doubling.

There have been an unusually large number of 2018-D " DDO" coins showing up on ebay. Likely this date has some MD/DDD issues in general although I haven't been really looking at them to see what they are selling.

The two light sources show reflection on both sides of the devices. Just Machine Doubling.

Keep in mind that a doubled die enlarges the devices and are raised. On the doubled dies on the TRUST area they are not indented but raised.
